Guy joined CEL in 2023 from Weetman Developments where he was the lead for all land acquisitions. He has built a strong background in the identification of high yielding commercial property investments, alongside development management of numerous commercial and residential projects. His skillset includes the management of complex planning processes and maintaining effective relationships with all project stakeholders, particularly landowners and local authorities. His experience and personable approach are a great asset to Cragside where his role as Development Manager focusses primarily on land origination, feasibility and planning for the delivery of our BESS and renewable energy portfolio in the UK.
