Aditya joined Cragside in 2024 from Diggia Group where he had spent 6 years as a Senior Project Manager and most recently as their Head of Projects. He has over a decade of experience in private equity, DNO, and EPC spaces and has established a strong track record in developing and delivering grid-scale renewable energy projects. With prior experience working for UK Power Networks, Aditya has also led groundbreaking initiatives like the Oxford Superhub and GE’s first containerised BESS solution. Aditya served as an advisor to the UK government for the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero between 2021 and 2024. As a passionate advocate for tangible action in sustainability and the renewable energy sector, he spoke at the 2021 COP26 World Leaders Summit.

Aditya is Cragside’s Head of Technical, where he is responsible for our grid connection strategy, design and technology selection. His remit includes all aspects of technical due diligence and risk appraisal for our grid scale energy storage and renewable energy portfolio.
