Richard joined Omni Partners in December 2019 from Just Group plc where he was Deputy Group General Counsel. Prior to this, Richard was Interim General Counsel at Tony Blair Associates and Interim Senior Counsel at Arbuthnot Latham & Co. He also held a senior in-house legal role at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he led major corporate, commercial and financing transactions, after spending 14 years at Simmons & Simmons where he was a Partner.
