Steve brings 35 years of financial markets experience. He founded Omni Partners in 2004, having previously spent 18 years in the city where he ran equity trading businesses for several investment banks. Since its inception Omni has successfully managed money for institutional investors across various equity and private credit strategies, and as of April 2021 manages an estimated £736m of global assets. Steve has been instrumental in the creation of many new businesses spanning a broad range of industries and sectors.

Prior to launching Omni, Steve was the co-head of international proprietary equity trading for Nomura International, where he set up the firm’s first European proprietary desk and managed the proprietary trading book. Steve previously managed international equity trading at both NatWest Markets and Shearson Lehman.

Omni acts as principle financier for CEL and Steve plays an active role as a CEL Board director.
